1. Q: How do I order?


    A: You can place your order online at any time using our secure shopping cart, or by placing an order over the phone during our business hours. Please email us.


2. Q: How do I pay for my order?

 

    A: We only accept Paypal.

 

3. Q: How will my order be shipped?

 

  A: We are usually offer Ground Shipping to the world and we can accept that your request.

 

4. Q: What are your shipping and handling rates?

 

    A: Shipping and handling rates vary by product. Almost all of our items shipped within the continental where there are the oversea location come with Free Shipping, however, due to weight and occasional handling fees some of our products have a shipping charge. All shipping fees will be displayed on individual items before you add them to your shopping cart and purchase them. For orders being shipped outside the continental where there are no the oversea location and we will add an extra shipping charge to the entire order. This charge will be displayed on the order confirmation page before you submit your order.

 

5. Q: How long does it take for the products to arrive?

 

    A: Most items in stock ship within 1 to 3 days. Please allow up to 11 days for delivery. Some custom items are made to order, and may take 2-3 weeks to be shipped

7. Q: How do I check the status of my order?

 

    A: We will email you an order tracking number when your order has shipped, beside that you can click the check order tag to know detail by yourself. Some of our product , including limited to custom seat and car covers, are custom made to order and require us to get the tracking information from the manufacturer. For such orders, please allow additional time for order status information.

 

8. Q: Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?

 

    A: Yes. Your order can be canceled up until the moment it's shipped. Orders with certain types of special order items, such as, items that are shipped directly from our vendor locations, cannot be canceled. Once the order has been received, you can return it either at our MOTOOS stores or can be shipped back to the fulfillment center, covered under the Online Return Policy. To cancel your order, call the Customer Care Center and have your order number ready.

 

9. Q: Can I track a package shipped to an APO address?

 

    A: The USPS doesn't provide tracking information for regular mail shipments to APO addresses.

 

10. Q: How long does it take to receive my package with an APO address?

 

  A: There is a one to two business-day delay in addition to the regular USPS shipping time. U.S. shipping times to APO/FPO/DPO addresses tend to vary widely.
